TERMS OF USE – KIDZZZ

Welcome to Kidzzz. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the application, website, and services provided by Kidzzz (the “Platform”), operated by Zazabee OÜ, a company incorporated in Estonia.
By creating an account, installing the application, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.


 
1. DEFINITIONS
Parent/Guardian User: the legal guardian who creates the account and manages the monitored devices.
Child/Dependent User: the minor whose device is monitored.
Platform: the Kidzzz applications, website, APIs, backend, and related services.
Device: a compatible smartphone or electronic device.
Plans: the Free and Premium subscription plans offered by the Platform.
 
2. ABOUT KIDZZZ
Kidzzz is a parental control platform that allows parents/guardians to:

• monitor a child’s device;

• track screen time, app usage, and behavioral patterns;

• view location data;

• receive AI-based alerts;

• set usage limits and restrictions.

Kidzzz does not replace parental supervision.
All actions performed on the child’s device are the sole responsibility of the Parent/Guardian User.
 
3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you:

• are at least 18 years old;

• are the parent, legal guardian, or authorized custodian of the monitored minor;

• have provided accurate and truthful information;

• will maintain the security and confidentiality of your account.

Zazabee OÜ may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• use false or misleading information;

• use the Platform for unlawful purposes;

• attempt to monitor third parties without legal authorization;

• violate these Terms or applicable laws.
  
   

4. LICENSE TO USE
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, revocable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:

• copy or redistribute the Platform;

• modify, sublicense, or sell any part of it;

• reverse engineer or attempt to access source code;

• bypass security mechanisms;

• use the Platform for illegal purposes.

All content and technology belong exclusively to Zazabee OÜ.
 
5. PLANS – FREE AND PREMIUM

5.1. Free Plan
Includes basic features.

5.2. Premium Plan
May include:

• unlimited devices (when applicable);

• advanced reports;

• AI-based insights;

• exclusive features.

Subscriptions may be monthly, annual, or as otherwise offered.

5.3. Automatic Renewal
Premium subscriptions renew automatically until canceled by the user.
 
6. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION, AND REFUNDS

6.1. Billing
Payments may be processed via:

• Google Play Billing;

• Apple App Store Billing;

• credit card;

• authorized payment processors (e.g., Stripe).

Prices, currencies, and fees may vary depending on country and platform.
 
6.2. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time:

• through the app store where the purchase was made (Google/Apple); or

• directly within the app, when available.

Cancellation:

• prevents future charges;

• does not entitle the user to a prorated refund for the current billing period;

• allows continued access until the end of the paid cycle.

Refunds for the first subscription purchase are governed by the Cancellation Policy.

6.3. Right of Withdrawal (Global Summary)
A full refund of the first subscription may be requested:

• Brazil: within 7 calendar days;

• European Union: within 14 calendar days;

• Other countries: within 7 days or as required by local law.

6.4. Payment Failure
Subscriptions may be suspended or interrupted due to:

• insufficient credit;

• expired card;

• incorrect payment details;

• payment processor rejection;

• risk analysis by the acquiring institution.

 
7. PERMISSIONS AND TECHNICAL OPERATION
To function properly, Kidzzz may request permissions such as:

• location access (including background);

• app usage and statistics;

• notification access;

• camera and microphone;

• file and media access;

• screen overlay;

• automatic startup.

Permissions are granted manually by the user.

8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users agree to:

• monitor only devices of authorized children/dependents;

• respect third-party privacy rights;

• keep their device secure;

• refrain from illegal, abusive, or discriminatory use;

• interpret reports carefully, as false positives may occur.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
 
9. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND LIMITATIONS
Kidzzz uses AI and machine learning to:

• identify patterns;

• generate insights;

• detect anomalies.

AI outputs:

• may contain errors;

• are informational only;

• do not constitute medical, psychological, or legal advice.

Kidzzz does not make automated decisions that produce legal effects for users.
 
10. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Users retain ownership of submitted data and content but grant a non-exclusive license for use strictly necessary to operate the Platform.
 
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Platform may integrate third-party services such as:

• Google and Apple;

• mapping and geolocation services;

• payment processors;

• cloud infrastructure;

• AI libraries.

Zazabee OÜ is not responsible for third-party policies or availability.
 
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kidzzz is not liable for:

• decisions made by users based on reports;

• device malfunctions;

• external network or service outages;

• misuse of the Platform;

• damage caused by user-modified local storage.

Use of the Platform is at the user’s own risk.
 
13. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Zazabee OÜ may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• violate these Terms;

• attempt to bypass system safeguards;

• engage in unlawful monitoring;

• commit fraud or abuse.

Users may request account termination through the app.
 
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms may be updated periodically.
The current version will always be available on the app and website.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
 
15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
The courts of Dourados – MS, Brazil, are designated as the primary and exclusive jurisdiction for resolving disputes arising from these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of the user’s country of residence require otherwise.
