Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY – KIDZZZ

This Cancellation Policy describes the rules applicable to the cancellation of recurring subscriptions for the Kidzzz application, including billing, refunds, service interruption, and access termination.

By subscribing to Kidzzz, the user agrees to the terms described below.


 

 

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (UP TO 7 DAYS)

The user may request cancellation within 7 (seven) days from the initial subscription, where applicable under consumer protection laws.

Within this period:

  • No effective charge will apply, when permitted by the payment platform

  • Any refund request is processed exclusively according to the policies of the platform where the purchase was made (Google Play or Apple App Store)

⚠️ Important: Kidzzz does not process refunds directly. Refunds are reviewed and issued by the app store.
 

 

2. CANCELLATION AFTER THE 7-DAY PERIOD

If the cancellation request is made after the first 7 days of the subscription:

  • The amount charged for the selected billing period (monthly or annual) is non-refundable

  • The subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle

  • No further charges will occur after the current cycle ends

Examples:

  • Monthly plan → access until the end of the paid month

  • Annual plan → access until the end of the paid year
     

 

3. HOW TO CANCEL

The subscription must be canceled directly through the platform where it was purchased:

  • Google Play Store (Android)

  • Apple App Store (iOS)

Kidzzz does not have technical permission to cancel subscriptions on behalf of users.
 

 

4. REFUNDS

  • Kidzzz does not issue partial or full refunds directly

  • All refund requests are subject to:

    • Google Play Store refund policies

    • Apple App Store refund policies

Refund timelines depend on:

  • the card issuer

  • the bank

  • the user’s country

Processing times may vary between 30 and 60 days, or longer, depending on the financial institution.
 

 

5. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

  • Kidzzz subscriptions are recurring

  • Renewals occur automatically at the end of each billing cycle

  • To avoid renewal charges, cancellation must be completed before the renewal date
     

 

6. AUTOMATIC CANCELLATIONS

A subscription may be automatically canceled in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Insufficient card limit

  • Incorrect payment information

  • Expired card

  • Risk analysis performed by the payment processor

  • Blocks imposed by the financial institution

  • Repeated payment failures

In such cases, access to the service may be suspended without refund.
 

 

7. SUSPENSION DUE TO MISUSE

Kidzzz may suspend or terminate access without refund in cases of:

  • violation of the Terms of Use

  • improper or abusive use of the application

  • fraud attempts

  • non-compliance with platform rules
     

 

8. DATA AFTER CANCELLATION

After cancellation:

  • data may be retained for legal or technical reasons

  • users may request permanent deletion, as described in the Privacy Policy
