Delete your Kidzzz account
If you wish to delete your Kidzzz account, we recommend doing so directly through the Kidzzz Parents app.
After completing the account deletion process, please uninstall the following apps from all associated devices:

Kidzzz Parents (parent version) from all parent or guardian devices

Kidzzz Children (child version) from all child devices

If you are unable to complete the account deletion through the app, you may request the cancellation and deletion of your account and data by using the form on this page.
Please note that requesting account deletion will permanently remove the entire family account, including all associated data for parents and children.
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email to verify your identity.
To proceed, you must confirm the request by clicking the verification link included in the email.
Once confirmed, your account and data will be permanently deleted within up to 30 days.
