KIDZZZ – RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

These Recurring Subscription Terms govern the subscription-based services offered by the Kidzzz application and form an integral and complementary part of the Terms of Use.
By purchasing a Kidzzz subscription, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms described below.



 
1. SUBSCRIPTION MODEL
Kidzzz is offered through recurring subscription plans, which may include monthly or annual plans, as presented at the time of purchase.
The subscription grants access to paid features of the application for the duration of the selected billing period.
 
2. PAYMENT PROCESSING
All subscription payments are processed exclusively through official app distribution platforms, including:

• Google Play Store (Android)

• Apple App Store (iOS)

Zazabee OÜ does not collect, store, or process credit card details or other sensitive payment information directly.
All payment data is handled by the platform responsible for billing.
 
3. PRICES, FEES, AND CHARGES

• Subscription prices are clearly displayed at the time of purchase

• Any applicable taxes, fees, or charges are defined by the payment platform

• Kidzzz does not apply additional interest or fees beyond those charged by the platform

Prices may vary depending on country, currency, local taxes, and platform policies.
 
4. RECURRING BILLING AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
By subscribing, the user agrees that:

• Charges will be made on a recurring basis

• Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle

• Billing will continue until the subscription is canceled

The billing cycle (monthly or annual) is selected at the time of purchase.
 
5. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
The user may cancel the subscription at any time, exclusively through the platform where the subscription was purchased:

• Google Play Store

• Apple App Store

Kidzzz does not have technical permission to cancel subscriptions on behalf of users.
After cancellation:

• Access to paid features remains active until the end of the current paid period

• No further charges will occur after the billing cycle ends

6. REFUNDS

• Kidzzz does not issue refunds directly

• Refund requests are subject exclusively to the refund policies of:

  • Google Play Store

  • Apple App Store

Refund timelines and conditions depend on the payment platform and the user’s financial institution.
 
7. PLAN AND PRICE CHANGES
Zazabee OÜ reserves the right to:

• update subscription prices

• modify features included in plans

• introduce new plans or discontinue existing ones

Any changes will be communicated in advance, as required by applicable laws and platform policies.
 
8. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
Subscriptions may be suspended or terminated, without refund, in cases including but not limited to:

• repeated payment failures

• misuse of the application

• violation of the Terms of Use

• fraudulent activity

• non-compliance with platform rules

 
9. DATA RETENTION AFTER CANCELLATION
After subscription cancellation:

• data may be retained for legal or technical reasons

• users may request permanent data deletion, as outlined in the Privacy Policy
